Volume weight is calculated using a volumetric weight formula. you just need to measure the length, height and width of your parcel and calculate as followed:

Using CM and KG. (Depth x Height x Width) ÷ 5000 = Vol. Weight

Using INCHES and Ibs. (Depth x Height x Width) ÷ 139 = Vol. Weight

Actual weight is the true weight of the package as it says on the weighing scale. However, volumetric weight defines how much space the package occupies according to its dimensions, which is then converted to its equivalent weight.

No, shipping charges doesn’t include customs nor taxes.

You will automatically receive a notification from our system upon receiving your package. Our state-of-the-art technology will process your package within few hours from the time your package arrives our facility.

If during inspection and handling, we notice any signal of damage in your packages, we will send you an email about the damage. You should then contact the Merchant directly to arrange for an exchange/refund and contact us to know what you wish to do.

The refund process takes up to 7 working days from our side and will be reflected on your account. However, the processing time depends on your bank and the credit card used.

We have facilitated a couple of payment methods for all our customers; You can either pay using your PayPal account, Amazon pay, or you can pay by any of your credit cards.

You will be given 3 days grace period and then your Membership will be transferred to the Basic one automatically.

Yes, there is insurance on shipments, whether they are by air or sea. There are two types of insurance offered by Sky Way Express:

Free Insurance:

Covers 20% of the shipment value.

Price: Free.

This insurance is provided as part of the basic service and covers a small percentage of the shipment value without additional cost.

Paid Insurance:

Covers 80% of the shipment cost.

Price: 15% of the shipment value.

This insurance provides broader coverage for an additional cost. Customers can choose this type of insurance if they wish to enhance the coverage and protection for their shipment.

Please note that insurance does not cover fragile items or items costing more than $2500 USD. Customers should review the specific terms and conditions of the insurance to ensure it meets their needs and accurately reflects the details of their shipment.


Fines are imposed followed by a temporary account suspension until the fine is paid in case of misuse or negative behavior by the customer.
